ookay, so UCF won another game. And this one was really really good (at least the second half was). We were tied 14-14 at the half, mainly because the team shut down earlier than usual. Usually nobody plays anything in the third quarter, but they were definitely getting tired before the half this game. (we were 14-0 at the start of 2nd quarter

Why do you do these at night when you are tired? You answered it. You are tired. ;) Congrats on the football game! We played syracuse this past weekend...talk about a major game...when I left in the 3rd quarter to go to bed (as I was at home) the score was 23 to 0, with Uconn in the lead. So I hope they won.
Here's a question that was posed to me and I need your help with answering it:
If God is so real and good, why is there so much destruction going on at the present?

This was proposed to me at dinner and I said that God is always good and nothing He ever does is bad. It is just how we perceive things in our minds. He is always protecting us, and we do not know what His plan is for us, so we have to just have faith and believe.

What would you say?

and I forgot to mention that while you said that God never doesn't ever do anything bad, He sure does let bad stuff happen. That's where the "we're living in a fallen world" stuff comes into play.
