Of all the people to see him like this. Jen Bridge was not the girl he wished was coming to visit him. Anyone but her. Please.
But no. There she was, and he knew his fears had been answered. She looked horrified. Now she was absolutely going to refuse going to the ball with him. Who wants to dance with the Wicked Witch of the West?
"What in the hell happened to you?" Jen asked with concern, walking further into the room until she was at his bedside.
She looked to the side for a moment to catch a glance of Malfoy, and almost burst into laughter when she saw the thin mustache on his face. However, she contained it quickly enough that her cheeks were puffy, the laughter not escaping as she turned back towards Harry.
"Oh, that's great!" Jen said, hiding the relief inside her. It was great that she was going to the Ball with him, but him being green would kind of...throw things off a bit.
