Fuse together some Philip Larkin, Rainer Maria Rilke, Arthur Rimbaud, Voltairine de Cleyre, and John Cooper Clarke, and I think one could end up with something close to that result. Oh, and there's someone else I'm thinking of, his last name is Jefferies if I'm not mistaken, and he lived in isolation in the Santa Barbara Islands off the California coast in the first half of last century. He should be blended in, too.
