I have to start keeping track of what I eat, because when I do have something to munch on I panic and think I'm eating way too much. And then realize...its the only thing I've actually had in more than a day.
For some reason I keep thinking I'm eating a ton more than I actually am. -

Eurgh, my tummy feels so stressed right now....there is the usual goings on and stressing about photographing that wedding.
