These days when people greet me

It's "How's the baby?" or "How's Fiona?".

And I'd say, "She's doing great.".  For the 2 and a half month milestone, I guess I can say she's doing great.  Crying now exists for only two things and can be differentiated by pitch for the various reasons: "I'm tired!  Put me to sleep!" or "I'm hungry!".

Glad to hear that your family is well :) I am always amazed with mothers who can differentiate the pitch of the baby's screams!
