If you're going to send out an email asking if  it's alright with everyone if you act as moderator for a panel, at least wait until you get responses from everyone involved on the panel BEFORE you send an email to the coordinators saying that you'll be the moderator

^_^;; Looks like the grand master plan to improve the panels process at AN this year was a failure...

I'm willing to roll with whatever you guys want to do, I'm just surprised to be asked to be on so many panels. o_o; I suppose I should actually respond to some of these emails, haha.
