I went to the Drs today and they have now started me on a fourth medicine, I am now taking five pills a day now. This is all to keep my blood pressure down.

I refuse to take more than a baby aspirin.......Second opinion????

not really its either take the medicine or have a stroke. Although if I loose a few lbs I may stop taking the fourth med.

Some of it may be stress, but a lot of it just may be what causes a high bp.
