Kiryu live report, Kyoukasuigetsu
Sakurazaka Central (Okinawa), May 10th show
I went to watch this show because it was on my birthday.
When I went to the venue to buy goods, I heard Kiryu rehearsing. I heard Mahiro saying stuff. Then, I heard Shishoku!! I was happy that they'll be performing this song ♥ Mahiro said more stuff afterwards.
Five minutes before the live starts, Mahiro started to say stuff in the speakers. He told us to shut up or he'll kill us, lol. He warned us about recording during the show and tell a staff if you or someone is not feeling well. He told us to greet each other.
The setlist consisted several old songs as well as songs from the new album.
There was something wrong with the sound from the speaker from Mitsuki's guitar. Mitsuki tried to fix it while Mahiro tried to entertain us with MC.
I forgot the exact reason but he said Hiyori's voice got higher. Hiyori talked in a high-pitched voice, lol.
Mahiro asked who came to the live for the first time. A few girls shouted.
Mahiro and Takemasa compared each other to see which one is bigger. Obvious, it's Takemasa. Hiyori joined. He lowered himself to pretend that he's smaller XD And then, Takemasa compared himself with Junji. Junji's head is small but he has a big body. Junji complimented Takemasa that he has a bigger brain or something.
Same thing happened to Takemasa's guitar. Takemasa told us to pretend he's not there. And the members totally obeyed him XD They were like saying four members and stuff. Takemasa tried to get his existence back but Mahiro continued to ignored him. Takemasa tapped his shoulder many times until Mahiro said, "You're annoying!" He realized that he was saying that to Takemasa so the band returned to a five-member-band.
I was glad that the accidents happen though. The live got dragged longer and the members got to talk more, lol.
I touched Mitsuki's guitar pick but I wasn't able to catch it.. Mitsuki also threw his water bottle at my direction but the girl in front of me caught it...so close!
MC:
Hiyori
He talked about his dieting. (Does he have to go on diet? He looks like he doesn't need to...) During dinner the previous day, so many dishes came to the table but Hiyori was sitting there looking at them while smoking. He made that expression because he couldn't eat them.
Next, he had us shout:
たのシーサー！(Tanoshiisaa. A play on words. Tanoshii = happy.)
うれシーサー！(Ureshiisaa. Ureshii = glad)
Hiyori said it's time to call out the next person. He wasn't sure who is next so he went to look, lol.
Next was Mahiro.
After Mahiro came out, he said that when Hiyori checked behind the curtains, he made a scary face at him, lol.
Mahiro talked about Okinawa food and the dialect. The Okinawans don't really use the dialect now but they know it.
Next person to come out was Mitsuki. Hiyori told us to shout, "Mitsushiisaa," lol.
Mitsuki came out.
He went:
あやシーサー (Ayashiisaa. Ayashii = strange)
はげシーサー (Hageshiisaa. Hageshii = fierce)
Lol.
He said that he didn't hear what Hiyori and Mahiro talked about. He asked if they talked about the Okinawa food and dialect.
Next was Takemasa. Hiyori and Mitsuki thought about what to shout to call him out. Hiyori thought about "kimoshiisaa (Kimochiwarui = gross)." Then, Mitsuki suggested "mukatsuku (irritating)," hahaha!
We all shouted, "Mukatsuku!!"
Takemasa came out. We continued to shout mukatsuku at him.
Mitsuki was like, "All right. Everyone shout out, 'Takemasa.'"
The fans shouted, "Takemasa," in a blunt way, lol.
The members told Takemasa about the tanoshiisaa.
Takemasa asked us to shout, "Tanoshiisaa!" We all went silent, ROFL!! And then, we applauded, hahaha! Takemasa tried again. Silent. Applauded. And tried again. We still went silent. Then, applauded. Rofl, so funny!
The best moment ever, lol!
He said there is one person that likes him, which is Junji. Really? They'll call out Junji to confirm. Takemasa wanted to get us to say,"Junji who likes Takemasa" but that was too long and he was afraid that no one will say it, lol. So he decided to say, "The person that likes Takemasa," so that we shouted, "Junji!"
Junji came out after we shouted his name. He was holding a very big rice cooker spoon. The others were like questioning him about it. He said, "It's for badminton." Lol! Afterwards, he indicated that it's for table tennis XD
He said he didn't hear their earlier conversations. The others questioned him about liking Takemasa. He said no XD He said he doesn't like him in the morning. Something about being horrible at waking up? Didn't really understand the story.
Junji talked for a long time. Something about making a promise with Hiyori. He talked about him trying to lose a certain amount of weight. If not, there's a penalty, which I didn't really get.
He said that he wanted to win the janken so that he can be the first to come out. He felt sorry for his fans, how sweet. He also thought of what to say if he came out first.
Then, he talked about something that I completely didn't get. He tried to make a promise with Takemasa and Hiyori with a pinky swear.
He ended the MC with a photo shot with the three doing pinky swear poses.
