because youre not a raging dick that tells them to shutup. realize that they are they way the are, its not a reaction to you. its just who they are. theres more to it than whos at the front of the room talking.
your a positive role model with what seems like decent expectations. keep plugging away at it. its not you, its them, dont give up.
