So far I've
been running my 3 to 3 1/2 mile loop every other day. I've been
keeping up with it very nicely. Not sure if I've lost any weight
yet, but that doesn't matter. Before things get hectic with
working two jobs again, I'd like to get in the habit.
Book is moving slowly, but that's okay. I'm hoping for the end of February as a finishing
