My baby is sleeping in his own room for the first time tonight!

Neither of us have been sleeping while for the past week so hopefully this will help, but it still makes me nervous and a little bit sad.

Aww, I remember that day! When we put Maya in her own bed, in her own bedroom! I was a nervous wreck, and I must confess, I slept in there with her (um, not in the crib, on a futon in her room) for like two WEEKS in order to get used to it. :)

last night was the first night he actually stayed in his room all night. The nights before that I was bringing him into our room after his 2 AM bottle because I couldn't handle it.

You guys even have a video monitor don't you? I'm so jealous! I hate not being able to see him at all times!
