well on my arm i have a few bruises and now i def feel like shit. i also have some scrapes on my elbow.

How is this even possibly your fault? How is it your fault that he's a jerk?
You don't even have to tell him you don't want to go out with him any more. Just get a restraining order and have someone else serve it to him. I don't know what state you're in or what the laws are like there, but when I had to serve someone with a restraining order they had a sherriff's deputy do it.
I hate to keep harping, but I really am concerned. Is there someone at your scholl you can talk to about this? A teacher or a counselor you can trust? Do your parents know and do you have the kind of relationship with them where they'd be helpful in a situation like this? You should not have to go through this, you definately should not have to go through this alone.
