One of those horrifically complicated science things; Emma isn't exactly sure which one of them pissed off who, but somewhere between a mission and the escape, Alison ended up on some operating table with her stomach cut open and God knows what angled around her. Only the fact that her mutation gave her that boost in regenerating saved her life.
But, five months later, getting the details from the doctors that actually, Alison had been impregnated, well, no one really knew what to do. Least of all when the DNA of the baby came back with Emma's signature instead of Alison's. Whatever happened, Alison agreed to have the baby, Emma agreed to be involved, and somehow they make a fairly none argumentative child-rearing team.

In what had to be the strangest week of her life, Rogue found herself poisoned with some kind of radiation. Somehow, Alice was able to freeze Rogue until they returned to base for Rogue to get treatment and hopefully save her life. Until Rogue and Alice were accidentally knocked together, given a frozen Rogue contact with Alice's skin. While nothing appeared to happen right then, the radiation mixed with Rogue's power did strange things and somehow, Alice and Rogue made a baby.

It's common knowledge that Lorna and St John don't exactly get along. But that didn't exactly stop them from getting it on. It all probably started in the training center, when Lorna tossed a locker past Pyro's head and Pyro nudged a fireball past Lorna's hair. What started as a fight with powers, rather swiftly descended into a pitiful excuse for a wrestling match and ended with clothes all over the floor and Pyro and Polaris wearing themselves out. It turned into a bit of a thing, and neither of them really needed to fight to get to the angry sex part of their interactions ( ... )

After a frosty start -because lets face it, Pyro's personality and Jubilee's, there was never going to be streamers and cupcakes, ever. But, that sort of gave way to a mutual sort of -not admiration really, but a tolerance. Maybe even a level of trust. Throw in some alcohol and, well, twenty-something kids will be twenty-something kids. Alcohol was not the reason Michael was born, however. Alcohol was simply the reason why St John and Jubes discovered they were fine with it sometimes happening.
What sucked though, was five months into the arrangement when Jubes had a small freak out, blasted St John's head and pretty much told him she was expecting with an anvil to his head.

Rogue and Jubilee were victims of a Government fertility program that resulted in Rogue carrying a child of unknown genetic heritage. They were kept in the facility for the first seven months of Rogue's pregnancy, until a rescue team located them for a mission. Rogue and Jubilee were given a full physical examination following their return the base and while Jubilee was 'untampered with' to say the least, it was discovered that Rogue was playing incubator to Jubilee's daughter.
Jubilee didn't want anything to do with the kid; as good as giving Rogue the child. Requesting leave from the team following the birth of the little girl, Rogue moved back home, to Mississippi, and legally declaring the child hers.

On the night of Ethan and Angel's wedding, Haylie got shit faced. Somehow, Pyro ended up carrying her to her room -not that he took advantage; he's not that guy. But he did check up on her in the morning, find out how she was doing.
For some reason, St John ended up as a bit of a therapist. Which wound up with a far deeper connection and eventually led to comfort sex. Comfort sex which was poorly thought out and resulted in a baby.

St John and Jeanne-Marie didn't exactly hit it off, he was a little too rude and snarky, she was a little too mild and meek. Aurora, on the other had, St John could like. It was kind of strange, the fact that he only really got along with one part of her, that part of her really didn't like him either.
After an attack, during a mission where they were ambushed, Aurora took control for a longer period of time. During that time, Pyro and Aurora got rather closer, closer than before. Mutual lust, and that sort of awkward kind of camaraderie that they'd developed led to Aurora and Pyro holing up in Aurora's room for a solid week.
Eight and a half months later, Jeanne-Marie dealt with the delivery.

The disbandment of Team-X happened following a massive attack that resulted in the death of more than half of the team and the depowering of a third of the survivors. Rogue was left without her powers and in a severe disconnected state following the death of both Martini and Rictor. Trying to help Rogue come back to herself, and sharing her grief at the loss of Firestar, Captain Sykes offered Marie -who no longer answered to Rogue- a place to stay in his home town.
Over the course of ten months, Marie came out of her shell and she and Ethan started to build a friendship -with Ethan's mother more than happy for a brighter Marie to stay in their family home for as long as she wanted.
On the anniversary of their friends death and Marie's depowering, Marie and Ethan got horrifically drunk and wound up in the stable barn, in the hay. They didn't exactly talk about it, until Jennifer noticed the symptoms and marched Marie to the doctors before smacking Ethan upside the head.
