The paper portion is about 7.3 cm x 7.3 cm and 1.1 cm thick. If you include the outer cover, the measurements are approx 7.7 cm x 8 cm x 1.7 cm.
I forgot to mention it in the description, but the individual pages aren't a solid color - they've got a border and pictures of bears and rabbits and whatnot :D The design isn't cluttered though, but I thought I'd let you know just in case. :)
