I Wanted a Lazy Teacher, Dammit!

Just came back from Statistics, and I already despise it. The teacher seems like a nice guy, but I am inclined to hate him for being in the 'new teacher' phase and therefore feels the need to pile on the work like this is the only thing we're dedicated to at the moment. Holy fuck, he has so much planned, so many quizes and exams, and the homework. ( Read more... )

The new teachers are always really easy or really hard.
I hope you do well. *hugs*

You make a good observation there. I hope I do well too. I mean, the first few chapters look totally doable, than as I keep flipping I think WTF IS THIS SHIT???

Thanks! :D

:( I hate new teachers who feel they have a point to prove and so they set loads of work.

ME TOO! I like the older ones who realize that sometimes less is more. We tend to actually absor information if we really want to, because then we're not really stressed out.

Thank you. :)

Homework = :/

But then again doing it my help you improve your grades,especially if you are not particularly good at the subject the teacher might help you if he sees that you at least try to make an effort.

I'm sure you'll do fine,i'm not terrible at math but i'm not good either and i was able to pass.

Most of my live classes at this school have been pretty light in terms of homework, so this is setting me off.

He seems more than willing to help, but I plan to ask my super smart friend, who passed the class with a number over 100% (she didn't even have to take the final!) for help.

I'll try hard, so hopefully I pass with a decent grade.

Thank you! :D
