So, all week Mr. Curry has been telling us in MEAP the the Interstate road system was built to facilitate mass evacuations from cities in case of a nuclear disater or some other Commie Pinko threat. The reason it is so backed up is because not everyone is evacuating. If everyone had to the federal government would have stepped in to get everyone out. Like they did in New Orleans. Blacks aren't real people.
