he has absolutely no life. I had to change my bank account, and redirect my educational benefits from veterans affairs because he cracked into that as well. Funny thing is I used to be a military police officer when I was in the military. So the next time he logs into my old account his IP gets traced, then he will be tracked down and arrested for many different accounts of fraud :)
