Why does it have to be feast or famine? Can't it just be one at a time (or only one forever if we're being hopeful)? It always seems to work out this way, though. Ask them both out.
ANd see who says yes, the only really bad response would be complete denial (which leaves you only where you already were) and both saying yes (which makes you have to make a choice....woe is you, having to choose between two obviously awesome women)
If either says yes and the other says no, its just great

Um.....now I'm gona try and go take my own advice and ask out the girl I think rocks the hell out of everything else.....heck, she's even moving to a place where I might see more of her.
