laptop! i'm going to get one myself after working holidays.. unless i fail my uni ;X but don't you have a desktop computer already? besides, laptop prices has really went down, ne. you can easily get a good one for less than 2 000 zł..

i have never been abroad (fo real D:)...and i definitely wouldn't go first time alone...anywhere...besides i have many other things to spend my money on....i really want to go back to uni, but at the same time i freak out because i will lose all my money...

i can't...i am not from Warsaw...and i don't study...not like i would waste my time on them anyway

exactly...with gay vids and music....but in the same time i fear i wouldn't be able to take it everywhere like i take my current mp3 player.....it is too expensive..

yes, but not as big as desktop computers...for laptop the biggest i saw was 250GB, for desktop, twice that.....Macbooks are so cute though ;__;

love is one thing...but i am not sure how laptops compare with desktops when it comes to such a silly stuff like trading/languages options/graphics making...

I don't think there's really much difference... I mean, I would imagine the software you can use would just depend on which OS you're using and for that it doesn't matter whether it's laptop or desktop. I'm pretty sure a laptop would be able run just fine whatever you would want to use it for. Honestly the only thing I've found is that they can get kinda hot if I'm encoding DVDs or something.

ah, dammit i accidentally closed the window when i was replying....anyway like 30 minutes ago i read that laptops aren't the best choice when it comes to photo editing.....at times my computer runs 24/7....and i am just afraid laptop would be too fragile to be over-used like that...on the other hand with that super long internet cable that i have i would be able to drag it to kitchen and not bother my roommate like i am doing now going to bed after 2 am...plus it takes less space...

but anyway what laptop do you have?...and do you know anything about MacBooks vs rest of the laptops?

Come to Finland! I could either stay with you in some hotel or take you to a friend's place. Either way it would become a bit cheaper + easier.
Come onnnnn, travelling is easy as hell. Would you come by plane? All you have to do is get on one and I'd be here waiting :O Please come! I went to Germany to see bands and it went well. I did go with a friend, but the travelling part wasn't difficult at all, and at the gig you'd already have a friend. Do consider it at least :OOOO It's worth the money, I can tell you. Travelling and gigs usually are worth it. Plus you'd get to see the Finnish ernus fight for good spots in the queueu before the gig 8D

Both brown and pink are really nice. I personally love pink, but brown would be a unique choice.

Laptops suck and they all come with Windows Vista = major suck.

Oh and I was supposed to say that I hate that lischu person. Every time she says something I feel my brain exploding. She is one of the bitchiest, snobbiest, most shallow and mean persons on LJ. And on top of all a friend to many of my friends :ppp

OH AND. Since the tickets seem to come on sale soon (??? There hasn' been any confirmation from the Finnish sellers though!), that is tomorrow, and I'll be buying one for my brother anyway, I might as well buy one extra...? Then there's a couple of days before the tickets have to be picked up, so you'd have a few days to think XD
I'm not sure if the tickets'll sell out soon, but I don't like taking chances. And I wouldn't let you use the excuse of having no ticket.
