Can't sleep

I'm in so much pain right now. My left shoulder is killing me and my left hand is tingling and feels a bit swollen. Basically from the left shoulder down hurts. I have a dr appointment on June 1st so maybe I can hold out until then. Or I could drive all the way to Ann Arbor and go to the hospital. I have a chiropractic appointment tomorrow in
