Ok, spoilers ahead for people who haven't seen this week's episode behind the cut.
Ok, let me just start with a note. I haven't read any spoilers for anything that's going to happen this season. Having said that, Shannon being killed was predictable, because people were already talking about a female being killed off early in the season, even before season 2 started, and after the first few episodes, I kinda assumed it would be Shannon. But, I NEVER saw this coming.
Ana Lucia shooting Shannon. I never would have thought it. She's already hated by most, so I have to symphatize with her.
Anyway, about the rest of the episode. I enjoyed it very much, but I just wish that we could have found out more backstory about Boone/Shannon, and also about the significance of Shannon's dad dying because Jack chose to save his future-wife instead. But that'll never happen. Unless she doesn't die.
But that couldn't happen, could it? ;)
And I don't believe that Sayid saw Walt.
OH, I loved the fact that they pulled off the biggest episode so far this season (ok, maybe not THE biggest), WITHOUT Jack or Kate!! This just shows the depth of our beloved show.
And it looks like Charlie's drug problem should be addressed soon. For me, it's all looking good.
