Banpreios? More like Haxpreios.

I wonder... whatever it was that was controlling the unit we defeated - it called itself Claustrum - was stopped by what were apparently others of a similar or higher rank. We really have no idea what Silentium actually is. It could be a location name, an organization, a special military unit... and they or it want us alive ( Read more... )

You know, if I didn't know any better we could swap a few machines and terms around and it's the problem with the Aerogators all over again.

I wonder which alien threat Bian Zoldark was really trying to prepare us for...

Well, whatever the case, it seems like that big fancy goggle machine you used -inspired by Zoldark's own technology no less- has proven to be a step in the right direction with them.

And it has yet to use all of its capabilities, though we'll have to wait and see if we'll even need them.

Which begs the question of what kind of 'empire' it is.

We could be facing an enemy with as much fighting power as the Zentradi that the Macross fleets encountered, only seemingly far more organized.

If the Zentradi had weapons like that, The Macross fleets had more power than I thought.

Silentium' tech level is a bit higher, though it's less a matter of firepower and more of defensive abilities. The Macross fleets didn't actually fight the bulk of the Zentradi forces head-on anyways.

Of course, we don't have any idea just how big this 'empire' really is.

Somehow, we beat it, though...hearing it admit that we had a very real chance of beating it was unexpected, but...at least it's honest?

Really, though, what kind of enemies are these Silentium, when there's stronger enemies than that guy to deal with? I've been getting the feeling that we've just been fighting grunts from them so far...
