Bonding Party!

It’s not exactly a celebrity wedding, but considering a lack of budget Snowcat and Demolishor have done pretty well for themselves. The words “BONDING PARTY HERE” have been spray-painted on the door in purple, along with a big Decepticon symbol on both the door and the wall. For tonight, the assembly room is Decepticon territory

A knock at the door, and there was Sam, pushing a cartful of barrels and with something...yeasty-smelling...with him. It turned out to be a giant fizzy gob of what looked suspiciously like animated beer, which moved like an amoeba, carrying several barrels in its pseudopods.

"Hullo! The drinks are here. I found a use for the Beer Elemental! Carrying barrels. Where do you lot want these?"

(OOC: getting in response now so you guys aren't ICly waiting on drinks, but I'll be a bit slow today.)

"Awes--what the heck is that?" Snowcat rolls off the couch onto his feet. "Put the barrels on the little drinks table. Is that thing sentient?"

"Not really. We can get it to do giant-service-dog things like carrying and such, and it's great at cleaning dishes, but that's about it. Magical accident. We can't get rid of it, so we keep it in a giant fishtank and give it things to do." He shrugged helplessly as the foamy Guinness-colored thing crawled in and out bearing keggage.

"Right, so the barrels of unconverted beer go over here--where do you want the ones with handles for all you Large Non-Squishy Folk?"

"Gimme." He grabs a few of the barrels and puts it up on the larger table.

Starscream has just returned from his latest excursion (Gee, nothing exploded while I was gone did it?) and was navigating his way back to Skyfire's quarters, which he informally shared. (And wasn't that weirdness enough, the late Decepticon Air Commander 'living' in the Autobot's Earth base?)

Purple always catches his eye, given the people who favored it as a major color scheme--but this time it's just writing. More like graffiti, including the Decepticon symbol. "BONDING PARTY HERE," he reads aloud, slightly incredulous.

Who or what was getting bonded, and more importantly, did they have enough energon? Only one way to find out. Starscream pushes open the door and saunters in.

The zambonis mob the familiar entity, barely giving him room to walk. Snowcat folds his arms. "You're the first one to show up? Figures." He gestures at the table. "Drinks are there. Don't make a fuss."

Starscream smirks. "Pure chance--which is usually a conspiracy by the universe to afflict me with another bad dose of irony." He tilts his head slightly. "You're Snowcat--Echoshift mentioned you. We haven't met, unless it was in one of those annoying holes in my memory." He chuckles, then announces in a tone that suggests he's saying all that needs to be said, "I'm Starscream."

"Hello, there!" He grins at the zambonis and stoops slightly to peer at them. "I think you're bigger. Evidentially you're not being starved." In spite of his comment, he picks up a cube of the weakest energon on the table and hands it to the closest zamboni. "Have one on me."

"What do you mean, 'on you'? That's our stuff."

The zambonis chirp Starscream's name as they huddle around the energon. They like him.

There was very much to keep a young artist's attention. Spraypaint. Muchfun. Statuettes! Oh, how she wanted to do a culture study, featuring symbology and the stances of the statue-things, analyzing placement! It was like a Victormagnet. Really.

Oh! Oh! This place was so neat!

And a little table with cider and mead and all manner of tasty things, to make things even better. Snowcat waves at her. "Come on in!"

She waved back! And headed in his direction. "Hi!"

"How's it going? Haven't seen you in a while." A few zambonis nuzzle at her.

*Pyro wanders in carrying two barrels of energon, followed by Magnum carrying four more. His vocalizer seems to be in announcer mode.*

I BRING BOOZE!

"Whoo!" Both Snowcat and the zambonis cheer, although the zambonis aren't exactly sure why.

"Set it down on that table, the one marked for refreshments. Then welcome in!" He walks over and claps Pyro on the shoulder.

*Pyro and Magnum do as they're instructed, then wander into the party proper.* Who's here?

"Screamer and Victor, mostly. Demolishor's gonna come back once he finds more people."

Beep! Beep!

Cureall is carting along some of the Lybian High Grade she has left over from Octane.

"This one brought high grade as well! May she please come in?"

[icemasta]

"No. Go away." Snowcat frowns at her.

Whamwham!

"You Snowcat let us party!"

"...uh oh." Like he could stop the Dinobots from coming in sure.

"Sure, you can party. Just keep it down, all right? Don't break anything."
