It’s not exactly a celebrity wedding, but considering a lack of budget Snowcat and Demolishor have done pretty well for themselves. The words “BONDING PARTY HERE” have been spray-painted on the door in purple, along with a big Decepticon symbol on both the door and the wall. For tonight, the assembly room is Decepticon territory

"Remember, kid, don't go off somewhere without me. And don't get yourself kidnapped from the party, huh?" Duskwing said as he transformed into robot mode. His colors brightened and darkened, becoming opaque; a dark blue and purple Decepticon jet stood there.

He looks around the room; lots of people here, including--two Air Commanders! He stares blankly at the sight. "That don't make no sense."

"Over here, Shifter!" he yells, drifting towards the refreshments.

He grins at Duskwing. "Hey Dusky, how goes?" He pauses to help himself to another canister of energon; something slightly stronger this time.

"Hey, keep an eye out for the squishy kid--I brought him, don't want him getting stepped on. Or stolen again," Duskwing says. He looks wistfully at Echoshift's drink.
"What's with the two Air Commanders?" Duskwing says, pointing.

He looks up a moment later and turns in the direction Duskwing points to. "Oh, them?" A chuckle. "One of the Nexus alternates decided to drop by the party, I guess. Dem did make an announcement about the party in the Nexus earlier. The other Starscream probably overheard him."
He turns his attention back to Duskwing again and notes the wistful look. He glances down at his drink, then reaches over and fishes a container of Libyan out from amongst the stacks of refreshments on the table. "Here, help yourself to some of the best." He tosses the container at Duskwing, grinning. "Catch!"

He pops the top and takes a long drink. "Thanks, Shifter!"
Duskwing looks around. "Who else is here?"
Then he spots Auspex and heads over that way...

"Looks like just about everyone's here," he answers Duskwing's question without looking up from the table until Duskwing has already wandered off. "This room's getting a little crowded by now... hey Dusky? Where'd you go?"

That leaves a certain slightly ebullient red Autobot Seeker at loose ends. Just about the same time a certain grey Eurofighter has been unknowingly abandoned by his conversational partner as well.
Strata grins wickedly to herself, slams back the rest of her energon, and then stalks up behind Echoshift quietly. Just as Shifter looks up, a slightly perplexed expression on his features as he looks for Duskwing, Strata strikes.
With a familiar snicker, Echoshift is tackleglomped from behind by an equally familiar red Autobot Seeker. There's a rather loud clatter as they both go sprawling to the floor in a heap, Strata giggling like a fiend.

"Dusk-- oof!"
KER-CLATTER!
"What the..." Echoshift shakes his head a little as if to clear it, finding himself flat on his back on the floor (thank Primus for small miracles; at least he hadn't drunken enough for the room to be spinning yet). He blinks. "...Strata??"

"Yes?"

Then, one browridge quirks up.
"How many cubes have you had already, Strata?" he asks, a hint of (if slightly baffled) amusement in the expression on his face.
Reply
"Only two, thank you."
Of course, she hasn't moved yet, and her optics are way too bright to be anything approaching the innocence she's pretending.

More silence.
A grin.
"...piratesorninjas?"

"Huh?"
