I have quite a number of extra scrap material where I am living.

But first: can I see the blueprints? [Perhaps get some sense of whether this guy is planning on building a generator for the city...or just one for himself.]

[Kurapica takes a few minutes to look it over. He doesn't know a ton about generators, but from trying to get a full ship running in the Hunter's Exam, he has some idea. And he's observant enough to generally figure it out.]

I seem to have secured a supply of scrap metal, bolts and screws. What I am in most need of now are steel and copper wires.

There are run down steel support beams in an abandoned building, but you may have to find copper wiring elsewhere.
