I almost want to say a green-blue. Turquoise, I believe? I think I may still be colourblind, so perhaps I'm not one to give advice.

I see it as being sleeveless, low-cut, with a long skirt... No ruffles or frills. Something simple.

I quite like the blue idea as well. Nothing overly complicated either as well. There are many dress shops in town who'd have that exactly.
