I'm gonna try not taking one of them. Only one of them is really required, and that one is the antibiotic. The other two are just a cough suppressant and a decongestant. I can deal without those two.
The cough suppressant is only really required to allow you to sleep. The decongestant (Pseudephedrine) is actually a bit counter-productive in that the mucus causes the temperature to rise in the sinuses, killing the virals. BUT ... it keeps the mucus out of the lungs, which is the worst place for it to be.
That's what the Guiafenesin is for - to break up the guck in the lungs. Expectorant. And that stuff is what makes ME dizzy.
I haev a cough suppressant, decongestant, and expectorant in the house. OTC stuff that does decently well, I just have to take more... and they don't make me dizzy.
