Couldn't fight it!

Life is going all right. My poor dog had to have surgery to remove this.. baseball sized lump from her tummy. It was gross gross gross. And now she has this HUGE stitched scar that's about ... 6 inches long or more. This is a 13 pound dachshund I'm talking about here. She's not exactly huge. She doesn't seem to fully be herself yet. It kinda ( Read more... )

Sorry to hear about the pup... scorchia January 26 2006, 13:50:20 UTC
Do you still have your horses? Still do fanfic art? ... just curious, there actually was a purpose to this post, I forget what it was just now. Glad to hear all is going well... Oh, yeah, I remember now--- On pregnancy: You are absolutely right! My hubby refuses to get snipped until I have a baby girl. If one handful of a little boy is not enough let's throw another kid into the mix of our certifiably dysfunctional family. Not only can I not just HAVE a baby girl, but I'd really rather not go through that whole ordeal again! Sure 9 mos. without the monthly woman thing is great, it's just everything ELSE! The uncomfortableness of being abnormally increasingly large in the belly area, not being able to sleep on your stomach or roll over or get comfortable or eat certain things because you may get heartburn or throw-up, the stretch marks (which I managed to avoid on most of my body with Palmer's Stretch Mark Lotion- either that or it's the fact that my skin is somewhat like a dogs in elasticity. If I were you, I probably wouldn't be too happy about that thimbleful one, either. That, and all the strays that apparently inhabit you. I'm not sure if that would smell worse than the skunk thing, but I'd just as soon avoid either!

Seriously, I'm happy that you're on the personal improvement quest. Ultimately, it's the most fulfilling one you'll take part in. I'm working on myself, albeit for different reasons, and I'm happy to report I have a long way to go! :D

Hope your doggy gets better. I've lost a pet to a tumor before, and it's no fun.

Say hi to your hubby for me. I chatted at him for a few hours the other night, but it's just not the same as hanging out. I miss all you guys and gals at EOTW, the sooner this school term is over and I can start coming again, the better!

I've actually been updating my journal the past few days, btw, just in case you're cored. Or bored, even. :p

Nightly message crawl completed; Time for bed, methinks. L8r.
