Press OK.

2. Fill Layer- 040736 on Exclusion
3. New adjustment layer- Selective
Reds: -66 8 20 0
Yellows: -50 13 -100
Neutrals: 21 0 0 0
OK.
4. New Adjustment layer-Selective
Reds: -30 16 11 0
Yellows: 0 0 -100 0
!Set this layer to softlight!
NOW if your icon is too dark, click on your base, and use curves to brighten it up! Not too bright though, or else the rich colors will be faded! I didn't use the curves on this icon, because the base was already a perfect lighting.
