i sat in my stairwell for like twenty minutes, listening to my dad tell my mom exactly how they make hostess fruit cake, and listeing to her pretend to listen to another one of his random stories of random useless information, and i just love them both so much

I am OK, thanks.. the dr. said i have a sinus infection, and I'm just on SUPER HEAVY drugs/drinking a lot/resting... I'm almost back to normal, tho. :)

yeah, i think i'm like your dad. whenever i go on about something on a tangent, the chica is like yeah, uh huh, yep, ok, oh wow, interesting, yummy, that's nice, Mmmm. and then i KNOW that i'm talking out of my ass about something. but it's funny how they listen. i think i will fall in love with someone who tells me i'm talking too much when i go off on one of those tangents. sure, i'll probably not talk to them for like, a day...say, hypothetically...but still, someone to stand up and curve my expression is just gutsy and i like that. but i would still have them listen. :D haha, CONFUSING!! sit on that one for a while...

Isn't it great? My heart melted when I saw my grandparents hold hands and kiss under the mistletoe last Christmas. Just goes to show.
