Well, needless to say, last night was great! The plan for the day wasn't what actually happened, but when does anything ever go according to plan? First, I had class, which was really cool. I had my jazz ensemble tech class and we had to prepare a short ii-V-I melody and transpose in a a few keys. I picked a hard one and fumbled up a little on the

hey man, its great to read about your day. that sounds like the jeff i know who is gonna be the good guy and keep his eye on the prize and not let cold weather and a bouncer keep him away.

oh yeah, and to avoid being turned away, throw your own party. granted, thats tough being under 21 and being an RA. haha, those days of being turned away sucked. especially after making all the effort to get there.

hope things go well with spring, i mean autumn :-) And if you are lookin' to party ever, hit me up. i'm pretty far away but there is a guaranteed party at the drop of the hat.

yeah, i would love to throw my own party, but the odds are severely against me. i'm under 21 (minor detail), i'm an RA (might get me out of trouble, but might get me fired), it's really easy to get busted down here (which means i'll never teach again), and i have a roommate who says that if we ever drink in our apartment he'll call the cops on us (good thing he wasn't here last night!). And next semester I will definitely be coming to visit! hopefully i'll have a little more money and i can come up a few times. and hey, at least you were naming seasons, most people are like, "so how's april, june, august, whatever her name is?" hehehehehehehe
