Mint AP Dreaming Macaron JSK - needs to go!

So I'm in a pretty dire financial situation right now, and that means this dress has to get out of my closet, as much as I love looking at it. It has never been worn (the tag is still on it! haha) by me, nor its previous owner. The both of us only tried it on - so it's in perfect condition. I'm going to snap some pictures of it tomorrow when there' ( Read more... )

You know... at first I thought you had the op and got all excited for xpolkapunkx because she dearly wants that piece. Then I realized it was the jsk and went 'doh!' XD If you want to sell these quickly, I'd say auction them together with a bin.

Oh and if you're still in need of a cohost for the metrocon lolita panel, I can do it. Just let me know what you need me to do.

Awwww. D: Yeah, definitely have the JSK. I think I'll do what you suggested...with the combined auction and a BIN. What do you think the BIN should be for? I guess it doesn't matter if I do it for a high price, since you always have the option of just placing a bid, and because this JSK and headbow set is kinda a bitch to find.

Also, how do you calculate shipping? I have no clue what to do or what sites people use. XD

I LOVE YOU. D: Seriously, thank you a billion times over - I didn't want to cancel but I really didn't think I'd do well with just myself up there. I'll shoot you an email later with some of the things leilani_rei and I had worked out and we can go from there? <3

From what I've seen, previous sellers usually aren't too happy if you try to sell it above and beyond what they sold it for so I wouldn't set the bin for more than what you paid + shipping. Since you need to sell it quick, post it tonight and use the stock pictures with a note that your own proof will be forthcoming in the morning. And it might be best to end it on Sunday evening that way, if the highest bidder backs out, you still have some leeway time to contact the second highest bidder. Also make sure to note payment is due no later than June 9th.

As for calculating shipping, I typically guesstimate how much it will weigh and then input that plus where I'm shipping it to on the usps.com calculator. You could always just package it up though and take it down to the post office to weigh it to get the exact pricing though. And if you wind up shipping overseas, I'd definitely recommend using only ems since that's the only trackable method ( ... )
