i know how!! when you update ur lj, theres this "rich text" button on the bottom, and then click on it. and then when the page forms, you can see this (...) button and then clikc on that and you'll have your lj cut!! or go to FAQ section find "how to use lj cut" its more better explained then i did ^^ hope i helped!!
