Sorry to randomly comment on your page which has nothing to do with your post but I am doing a dissertation on Takarazuka and I need more people to fill out my questionnaire. I was originally looking for japanese females to fill out my questionnaire now I'm looking for females of any nationality. It's only 3 questions. I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to fill it out. I just looked up people who are interested in Takarazuka on LJ. I have also joined the Takarazuka forum. Thanks in advance

1. I like the otokoyakus ^^ I have some friends who have their own Takarazuka-group in Germany an yeah, their very cool and good-looking ^^~ I love their voices an they're just awesome and handsome. The otokoyaku are just completey different from normal singers or something like that.
2. Women in theatres are just normal .__. Dunno, in Germany they're many great actresses and musical-singers. Why shouldn't japanese women do what other womens do? They can act very well, so they should work as a takarasienne when they want to.
3. I think, I like him because they're just a equivalent for male singers and they show that women can reach popularity and fame, too at all. Their voices sound well-crafted and powerful and they're lookind handsome ^^
