I'm going on a liquid fast monday to wednesday, want to try and join me?
I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it because of parents and all, but still, it's worth a go because I feel disgusting after this weekenf :-/

'Liquid fasts' include broth, right? Or just drinks?

Yeah, I can usually get out of eating if my parents don't make us eat at the table. Otherwise... I'm pretty much screwed. D:

I think you can probably have some broth, just try and limit it.

But yeah, I have school tomorrow which is kind of helpful when I'm fasting
