Katie, you really need to come back to us soon, because if you don't i'm afraid i'm gonna have to put Blake on a Lithium regimine. ;-) We all miss you and want you home, and I can't wait to see the look on Blakes face after he sees you dance. :-P --Derick

Hehe, that gives me a great excuse to finally continue adding to my blades collection, right MOM??? I'm hoping to stumble across a bit of extra cash, because their are still authentic tanto craftsmen rumored to be working in this area!

we do really miss you, katie, blake keeps telling derick to cherish the time with me he has now cause it'll suck when i'm half way across the world. geez girl, i wish i was having as much fun as you are! take tons and tons of pictures for us, we're still waiting for those to show up online so we can all ooh and aah together! time does fly doesn't it? have fun, and then come back and dance for blake ;-). you can catch up on sleep back in the US!!!

Every once and awhile, when things slow down for a little bit (a rare occurence here, to be sure, rarg) it hits me. Wow, I'm in Japan! If I could only find a good way to get all those 500 something pictures I've taken ON to a comp, we'd all be setz0r! Make sure when you go abroad, you go with a laptop! *huggers*

(NEW POST)Hey you! Blake misses his Katie a lot! But I understand that it's probably holy hell over there with your free time. I have no idea if this is the right place for me to post this, but this is the only place I know where to go to talk to you short of the phone. Does everyone have their snowshoes? We're going to have to walk home! Hell just froze over! Just kidding! ;) Sounds like behind all the fuss and bother, you're having a blast. You like what you're doing--what could be better? Found out what I needed to know about the earthquake from Taka-Katie. Was able to back off red alert, and she has been nominated for sainthood. Yeah, we've been sorta briefed on earthquake procedure. Not really WHAT to do if one happens, but how much it will SUCK when one happens, lol. I'm kinda...anticipating one? Not so much looking forward to the people dying part, maybe just a small one for fun! The flu was great fun too! I was one of 7 lucky people out of 40 who didn't get sick, and thus worked 3 weeks straight without even a smidgeon of a thanks!
