HPV Shot and Other Things

Those HPV shots hurts so much. I just got my last of three today, and it's like they injecyed molten lead into my arm. Makes me almost wish I had gone out and just done the "deed" so I wouldn't have to have gotten these damnable Hyper Pain Vaccinations. Jesus ( Read more... )

They found salmonella in some tomatoes.

Tomatoes still on the vine are okay to eat, though, as long as you wash them off. The salmonella bacteria washes off and is harmless unless it gets into the fruit itself. The ones that are de-vined [ROFL] have a 'wound' where the vine attached where salmonella gets in.
If that makes sense. It sort of does. OMFG LEAVE ME ALONE >>>:|

Also. SHOTS SUCK

An interesting conspiracy argument I compiled from various sources. Interesting, no? Fun to think about, at least...

They do. It hurts.

Eh, they'd still recommend you get it anyway. Just because you 'did the deed' didn't mean you were exposed to all the strains.

and yes.

I described it as someone injecting a lit cigarette into my arm.

Wow, I'm glad that I never bothered to jump through all the hoops my insurance wanted me to before they'd approve the HPV vaccination. I hate needles, and I especially hate ouchy things. Besides, that ship has sailed. Either I'm carrying the virus now, or I'm not. A vaccine would be redundant 'cause I'm monogamous, so I'm not going to be risking picking it up from anyone else 'cause I'm not a h00r~~~

*really just wanted to say h00r*

...hope I don't get the coochie cancer, that would suck...

I think they even recommend getting it if you plan to be monogamous. I said the same thing (adding that I never plan to do the sexytime unless I'm married, in which I'd have blood tests and stuff done to check for diseases), but they still insisted.

But I guess that's just because my mum's ultra concerned about me?

Should I be concerned nobody's ever tried to make me get an HPV vaccine? I'd never even heard about it until now.

Oh, you can. But chances are it won't be fatal.

To you that is. But, bah, women, there's too many of them already, anyways.
