My brother's computer contracted a terrible disease that when surfing online pulls up a bunch of advertising pop ups and changes the security setting to "accept all cookies"... I have managed to get rid of other evil programs in the past (including a couple I had to delete via the DOS environment because Windows would not let me delete them

Go to Norman Computer's across from Norman High. They can get anything off a computer, and keep your files intact. It does cost, 25-50 i think, but it gets things off your hard drive you didn't know was there :)
