That artistic mood icon still scares me. I think it would not scare me if the pencil were on the other side of it's head. But it really freaks me out to see sharp things pointed at open eyes..
Anyway, yay for feeling better. >^_^< Are you coming to Family & Friends on Friday, February 9th? It's a bit different this year. They're setting us up in the Field House on Friday from 7:30pm to midnight, instead of on Saturday morning. It's the same old carnival theme again though. I think we're trying for popcorn sales.
Hey, next meeting (Wednesday the 31rst at 5:00) we're going over to Aubert Hall and we'll be making stone pendants there. I'm picking up supplies to make about 15 of them. We're also going to make some little herb sachets (either that meeting or the next, I think).
Depending on time and supplies, it looks like we'll be learning to make leather roses at some point too. >^_^There's a vague idea kicking around that we might make cookies or something at the meeting on February 7th, if we decide to try and sell

I'd like to do those things, I'll see what Scott says. Why Aubert hall? I wouldn't think they'd let people in there with out direct supervision...the place is full of expensive objects and devices and large amounts of chemicals which have all sorts of uses. Anyway, which room in Aubert?
Oh, we're going to Aubert Hall because we have a lady in the group this year (I can't remember her name at the moment, I've only met her a couple of times) who is an employee/student, and while we were trying to think of a place with tables we could do craft work at, she said Aubert would be a great place, so we're going to head over there. I can't remember the room though, I think it's on the second floor. Michelle might remember. Since I get there at 5:30 because of work, I'll probably just be calling Michelle's or Toby's cell phone when I get there, unless it's unlocked and not hard to find people. >^_^< .
