hey it was good to see familiar faces at work the other day, i hope youre doing well. its weird how i used to see you fairly often in highschool and now i pretty much never do.

i havent really seen alot of anyone i spent alot of time with in high school.
i guess ive been pretty busy and it seems like the only time i see any of my friends really is on the weekend , usually drunk, at a party.
its kind of a bummer.

Not to be a negative nancy, but it may not be the best idea. I have a friend who works in web advertising that tells me horror stories about identity theft and how web marketing really works.

The average surfer doesn't know half of what really goes on behind the scenes of the internet. There is probably a program running right now that is scanning this page for email addresses, postal addresses, and phone numbers. At the very least you open yourself up to telemarketers and stalker nerds.

I'm probably just paranoid, but then again, now a creep job like me has your phone number.

really, you'll probably get more problems from posting your email address than your phone number. spam-bots - automated programs that go through tons of pages - look for email addresses and links more than they look for telephone numbers (as the formating of email addresses is much more consistent). if you want to be super paranoid, you can encrypt your email address using javascript - see here for example - but i don't think live journal allows javascript. anyhow, i wouldn't worry about it, really...
