CSA, week 15

You could mix the basil, the heirloom tomatoe, and mozzarella for a classic Italian salad :-)

Oh, yummmm. Mozzarella is now on the grocery list for tomorrow.

We had dinner at a Lebanese restaurant in Richmond last week and Bob's salad, billed as "tomato and mozzarella", was a bed of young greens (spinach, maybe?) topped by two big, THICK slices of tomato, grilled, and several little mozzarella balls, then the whole thing drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
