Wow, I'm sorry it took me ages to reply to you!

The breakfast sandwiches are called Egg McVegans and are so fun and tasty to make.

The cookies were from Skinny Bitch in the Kitch... but the recipe just seemed to be missing something. So I melted some dairy free chocolate in a sauce pan over a pan of boiling water and dipped the finished cookies into the chocolate, put them on wax paper and let them cool. The potato chips added another dimension of flavor, but didn't stand out as much as it'd seem.
