no my dad was born and raised in New Jersey and my mom was born in georgia and traveled around the world cause she was a army brat. the only south I have is the 50% blood I have from my mother. By birth i'm from the south but not by blood.

You're southern because that's where you're from. You're not northern in any way. My mom's not even from this country, but that doesn't make me a foreigner.
