That the Cathedral is one of the City's older buildings.
That some power other than the deities once ruled this place--
--or at least, that people once had a very different attitude towards the powers that be.

These deities aren't the same ones that originally ruled this place. I've heard there were others before my arrival and even during my time here, many of them have been dismissed and replaced.
