well I haven't done a great deal since my last update.

I went down with a cold the day after I handed in the dissertation, got over that and a week later have another cold! bah.

This is I am sorry to say what happens... mostly because your not telling the world to stay away, while finishing the most horrendous bit of work you'll ever do. Then you come out and your normal immune system is a bit worse off so you start catching what is going round. All I can say is it will get better, and then you will start to feel great again :)
