Everyone goes on about how Easyjet are rubbish, but I think British Airways are FAR worse. All the cabin crew are proper miserable twats too. Fight it out with them though, don't let them win! xx

we always fly virgin if we can. we have never had any problems with them, and they always look after you. when my mum had to fly back from hong kong with leukemia, they took care of her from when she got out the taxi at the airport until she got in my car in the car park at heathrow. they were amazing. and when my dad died they sent us a massive bouquet of flowers. now thats customer service. i'd recomend flying virgin to anyone. i didn't even fly ba and i doubt i ever will now after all this.
