So velonews reports Lance Armstrong said he might run for Texas governor in 2006. I hope he was joking like he was last time. The guy is an inspiration to so many people, such a special person who has done so much and given so much hope... if he got in to politics, well, it would suck

I hear you. Some of the artists have certain skills we just don't know about, but with so many people trying so hard to make it in entertainment, sports, politics, etc, who have actually paid their dues and done the training and the work, why should one or two or even 8 celebrities just get to do everything simply because they're famous? Who cares? It doesn't automatically give them some sort of Midas touch.
