I recently finished reading the book The Exception to the Rulers: Exposing Oily Politicians, War Profiteers, and the Media That Love Them, by Amy Goodman. I must say it was quite good. My main issue with Exception to the Rulers was that she was placing herself as the solution and writing her own story and arguing against the mainstream media all at once, which sometimes caused a disjointed book.

I did just start reading Against All Enemies (please tell me how to do italics on live journal, because I haven't yet figured it out). I guess I usually prefer fiction to political books; I usually just read the newspaper.

They will actually, although it depends on how you define majority. I remember reading the stats in TIME of people who had seen it or planned to and the number was quite big (at least considering that only half of the eligible population bothers to vote). It said a lot of people are waiting until it comes out on video. And hi to Morgan.
