well, in celebration of the start of the new season (i know for most of you it was like a month and a half ago, but humor me, it just began for me) here are some icons from the first chapters of a few of my favorite series (since i already did joan of arcadia), in a new style that is simple, yeah, but i like it ^_^

What kind of show is Jack and Bobby?
I've heard a couple people mention it and I'm just curious to hear what kind of show it is from someone that watches it.

oh, well it's a drama (duh), about two brothers, jack & bobby (duh again). one of them will be president of the US in 2040, but i'm not telling you who, that's for you to figure out ^^;;;

the general idea is that their friends and the people that helped him on the campaign and such talk about both of them, sort of a documentary-style thing you'd see in the history channel or in a&e and stuff, like telling us the things that made him be the way he was, such that he became one of the greatest presidents.

in between, we can see what they were like when they were kids, where jack was this independent, confident teenager while bobby is this frail kid, just entering high school, asthmatic and kinda nerdy, who his mother (a college professor) has been keeping sort of protected from the outside world. i can't tell you anything else because i've only seen one episode, but it's looking very good so far, i'd definitely recommend it.

for me it's on warner channel... i think it's on WC for everybody... depends on if you're getting it or not... but definitely DL it. the first chapter almost made me cry, and i don't cry easily, let me tell you. it's a great show.
