This is an excellent tutorial. I really like the way you explain what the blending modes do as well as just give the steps/settings. Really helpful and I'm looking forward to trying it.

thank you! i'm glad you found it useful. i try my best to explain why i go a certain way because it's the right way to learn. it doesn't make sense to just say "set this on that mode" because it won't give you the same results with every picture. knowing the mechanics to the blend modes is the key, and i'm glad you agree ^.^

I was doing this tutorial, and was wondering why some of the buttons you mentioned weren't there, and then I realised this wasn't for my program. Lol. I did it anyway, just adjusted it a little and it came out quite nice :D thanks!
